Administration Assistant

About the role:

We're looking for an organised and detail-driven Admin Assistant to help manage or driver onboarding process. You'll play a key role in reviewing driver applications, ensuring compliance, and keeping all driver records up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming driver applications and ensure all required documents are submitted.
• Verify and maintain up-to-date records, inclding driver's licences, PDPs, vehicle registration, and insurance documents.
• Communicate with applicants regarding missing or expired documents.
• Maintain a digital filing system for all driver data.
• Support the team with general admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skils.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online document storage tools.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous admin or recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
